Jackfruit is the largest and heaviest fruit in the world, and has the reputation of "Queen of Tropical Fruits". Jackfruit is rich in nutrients and is called "rice tree" in Sri Lanka, which can replace food. Tropical tree species with both woody food and precious timber, with fast growth, beautiful appearance and high fruit yield. The fruit is extra large, known as the king of fruits. Ripe pulp is rich in sugar and vitamin C, and tastes sweet and fragrant. It also be used to prepare beverages, or made into dried fruits, canned food and wine, etc.
Using VF process, in a vacuum state, using vegetable oil as a medium, the water inside the jackfruit pulp is evaporated rapidly, and with the dehydration of raw materials, the flavor components in jackfruit are further concentrated, making the unique fruity aroma of jackfruit more intense. The dehydrated jackfruit is crispy, with a unique flavor, and maintaining its original color, flavor and shape. Except for a small loss of water-soluble vitamin, the rest of the nutrients such as plant fiber, minerals, carbohydrates, and plant protein are retained. Because the water content is lower than 5%, the storage time of jackfruit crisp is longer than traditional ones, and the shelf life at room temperature can reach one year.
